I am dedicated to making every class a fun and fulfilling experience.

My journey into the world of crafting

My love of art and crafting began as a small child. I was always creating something with my art supplies and my imagination. I spent many hours showing my friends how to make different projects and was so thrilled to play "teacher" to them. As years went by, this love of art and teaching culminated in my completing a Masters Degree in Art Education for The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York.

Although my career path veered off in a different direction, my love of art and teaching has never waned. Through my Laugh & Learn Sessions, I am able to offer participants a chance to tap into their artistic side and experience the joy of crafting! I love witnessing the joy and excitement that my students feel when they successfully complete a project - a project they are happy with and proud to display in their homes.

What makes our classes special?

I strive to keep my classes very welcoming and light-hearted. Art making should be enjoyable and rewarding, so I make every effort to assure that my students leave with pieces for which they can be proud.

At Create with Cindy: Laugh & Learn Workshops, I believe creativity should be fun, not stressful. I provide all materials and guidance, ensuring you can focus on the joy of making and leave with something truly special.

Leaving with pride and a smile

When people leave my classes, I want them to feel inspired, accomplished, and pleased with the finished product. The goal is for every student is to not only have learned a new skill and created a beautiful piece of art, but also to have experienced the therapeutic and community-building aspects of crafting. I hope all of my students leave feeling proud of their work, eager to continue their creative journey, and with a warm, memorable experience from Create with Cindy: Laugh & Learn Workshops.
